Sales & outreach systems

Outbound that actually lands in the inbox.

We build and run the whole system: email infrastructure, LinkedIn at scale, AI personalization that doesn't read like AI, and automations that push every reply into your CRM. You take the meetings.

The system in action

One campaign, start to finish.

One buyer ignores every cold email. Then he answers one. This 83-second film rewinds through everything that happened before that email was sent.

Marcus Lind, Halden Freight and all figures in the film are an illustrative example, not a real customer.

Most outbound fails before the first email is written.

Your domain gets burned.

Cold volume from your main domain gets it flagged, and then your invoices and support replies land in spam too.

DMARC: the check that proves an email really came from you.

The copy sounds like a template because it is one.

"I came across your website and was impressed…"seen 4× this week

What we run.

One team owns deliverability, copy, channel timing and CRM routing, so the seams don't leak.

Cold email infrastructure
Separate sending domains, mailboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm-up, rotation and ongoing deliverability monitoring. In plain words ·Dedicated addresses, set up and looked after so your emails reach the inbox, not spam.
LinkedIn outreach
Multiple accounts, properly warmed, running connection and message sequences alongside email. In plain words ·A second channel, so prospects see a real person behind the email.
AI personalization & copy
Research-driven first lines and angles that reference something real, at a volume a person can’t match. In plain words ·Every message mentions something true and relevant about the reader.
CRM & integrations
Replies, meetings and campaign data land where your team already works. In plain words ·Nobody copies anything by hand, and your pipeline stays current.
Automation builds
Workflows for everything around the engine: enrichment, routing, handoffs, reporting. In plain words ·The busywork around outreach happens on its own.
How we build it

More than lead generation.
A system for creating conversations.

Finding prospects is easy. Finding the right ones, understanding why they might care, reaching them with relevant messages and following up consistently is where the real work happens.

  1. 01 / DEFINE
    Who should we reach?

Your ideal customer, the segments inside it, and the signals that make a company worth contacting.

  2. 02 / DISCOVER
    Which companies fit?

Find and qualify the companies and people that match. Not just a list, the right list.

  3. 03 / UNDERSTAND
    Why might they care?

Research each account for context: what changed, what matters, what problem is likely.

  4. 04 / PERSONALIZE
    What should we say?

Messages grounded in that research, reviewed where human judgment adds value.

  5. 05 / REACH
    Where and when?

Email, LinkedIn and follow-up timing, with sending limits and deliverability in mind.

  6. 06 / CONVERSE
    How should we respond?

Replies routed, sorted and handled, with your CRM kept in sync automatically.

  7. 07 / OPTIMIZE
    What should change?

Every campaign feeds back into targeting, messaging and timing for the next one.

How many mailboxes do you actually need?

Work backwards from volume. We cap every mailbox at 30 cold sends a day and put three mailboxes on each separate sending domain.

Why the caps? They protect deliverability and your domains. Sending too much from one address is the fastest way to land in spam.

Each square is a mailbox, capped at 30 sends a day.Plus 2 to 4 weeks of warm-up (slowly building a sending reputation) before the first prospect is contacted.

Email opens the door. LinkedIn is how you get a reply.

A connection request the day after an email lands is a reminder. Out of nowhere, it's noise. Both channels run against the same list, in one sequence.

AI does the research. We do the judgment.

Each model has one job. A person reads a sample of every batch before anything sends.

Questions we get on every call.

No, because we never send from it. We register separate sending domains that point to your main site, and all cold volume runs through those. Your main domain stays clean for invoices, support and everyday email.

Let's look at your setup.
